The card's Release Date is an affirmative exit event for that booking. A photo alone has no equivalent meaning.
Public visibility is short. A profile may later return an error, and the sheriff publishes no separate photo-retention period. Record the booking number, release time, and retrieval time. Request Lincoln County Booking Photos
