Lincoln Site Terms

Nature of This Website

Lincoln County Released Inmates is a privately owned reference site. It has no connection to Lincoln County government, a sheriff, jail, court, the Mississippi Department of Corrections, or another public agency. The site does not hold official files, confirm custody, release a person, or submit a record request.

Its purpose is to help visitors locate inmate, jail, release, supervision, and court-record resources relevant to Lincoln County and Mississippi. Some links lead to outside research providers.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on responsible and lawful use. A visitor agrees:

• Not to violate a law through use of the site.
• Not to stalk, threaten, or harass another person.
• Not to use site information for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Not to seek unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data.

This site is not responsible for an outside service’s content, privacy practice, availability, security, or data handling. Review the destination’s own terms before using it.

Service Without Warranties

The website and its material are offered “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current.
• Access will always be uninterrupted.
• The service is free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.
• A partner search will produce complete results.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or government agency.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time and without prior notice, including for conduct that risks the site, its users, or its providers.

Mississippi Governing Law

Mississippi law governs these terms without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Mississippi.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
